The Alter Café, which is no longer present on the island of Nantes, offers free organic, local and fair cuisine during its opening hours. We serve jars prepared by La Canteen des Chefs in the Finistère, previously cooked by prominent chefs and then vacuum. And they are very good: whiting marinated with privateer curry, rice risotto revered with coconut milk, artichoke; or dinde buco of turkey, dates and dried fruits, pan vegetable pan are two examples… We are asking for it. In entry, organic rillettes of the sea, spreads, and slate as antidote. Dessert, organic fruit compote, chocolate foam or cheesecake: to taste absolutely! It is quietly tucked in a vintage sofa, inside or on the terrace facing the Loire, that it is possible to taste delicious organic cuisine in this dining bar. Atypical and magical!
