An address, with a musical atmosphere, offering home-made bistro cuisine, good value for money, in Nantes.
The Players are located on the side of the Tortière Bridge and the Belgian Boulevard. We have to admit that this place does not look like any other. It is indeed a retro bistro that has the particularity of hosting a runway of nantaise. A real place of life in this neighborhood where restaurants are rare. Two rooms: The first is typical of the old bistros, the second one has an open kitchen in which the chef opposite to a large room arranged as a living room, with small bistros tables but also comfortable armchairs and sofas. Here the bistro kitchen is made home. For the entry: chef's terrine, egg salad poached by country ham or feta vegetarian pie; in dish: beef lasagna with red wine and parmesan, bare shrimp bounce, roasted chicken, grilled potato or fish couscous; and finally: the cheese plate or panna coop cobble in red fruit, for example. An excellent value for money, the atmosphere plus: Come and listen to the musicians (jazz, world music, swing, salsa) that occur here in a grenade or a show for children!
