This is a confidential and friendly address that must be discovered. At the bottom of the courtyard 8 rue Félibien, near the La Ruche theater, with three friends, Marc took over the Atelier des Terroirs. From the graphic universe, this passionate kitchen enthusiast highlights the good cuisine made with quality products. The intimate and intimate establishment was renovated in September 2017. It is very successful: The place is bright and the white and red colors are immediately unsettling you. The kitchen celebrates the products and gastronomy of the southwest but not exclusively. On that day, to begin, homemade foie gras or eggs and mosquitoes, to follow: lamb of lamb to courgettes and goat's cheese, or sot-bake, mushroom stove, or lying with duck confit, and finally: sheep cheese and Basque cake or basement of black chocolate or raspberries and its coulis. The dishes are greedy and generous. The kitchen is in the image of the place: The fruit of fine research and careful care to better revisit tradition. The wine list includes a suitable selection of winemakers (cahors, costices-de-fins, saumur-champigny, muscadet…). Let your eyes be closed, you will not be disappointed! The service is efficient and warm. The grocery store offers wines and bocals (terrines, cassoulet, pâté…) to take away. The floor, arranged with a large table, can be privatized for the occasion.
