Chef's speciality: the delicious homemade lamb mouse candied and roasted in the oven for 12 hours, served with baked potatoes, served at will. Lamb is in the spotlight: also available on skewers and marinated, on herb ribs, as a duo (skewer and chop)... As for the sea, sea bream and whole grilled sea bass are also on the menu. The wine list offers a choice: Pessac-Léognan, Tarani... To finish off a "just cooked" dark chocolate, a white cheese whipped with honey or an iced nougat should delight you!
