In the heart of the Decré district, this beautiful restaurant in exposed stone offers a homemade cuisine of quality and traditional inspiration. Chef's speciality: the delicious homemade lamb mouse candied and roasted in the oven for 12 hours, served with baked potatoes, served at will. Lamb is in the spotlight: also available on skewers and marinated, on herb ribs, as a duo (skewer and chop)... As for the sea, sea bream and whole grilled sea bass are also on the menu. The wine list offers a choice: Pessac-Léognan, Tarani... To finish off a "just cooked" dark chocolate, a white cheese whipped with honey or an iced nougat should delight you!

Le patron des lieux est un passionné qui nous transmet son histoire et nous conseille tout au long du repas ????????
La souris d'agneau est un vrai régal et probablement la meilleure que vous allez jamais goûter!
Pour le dessert, un nougat glacé spécialité maison, très fondant en bouche, que je note facilement à 10/10.
Le tout, avec un service impeccable et un personnel très agréable et souriant.
Une excellente découverte que je recommande vivement.
