Café Le Molière, on Place Graslin, as seen on old postcards from 1900, has stood the test of time. More than a century old (150 years), this establishment has the soul of a fine brasserie or bistro. Today, Pascal has taken over the reins of the family business. Let yourself be lulled by the simple, uncluttered menu featuring fish, main courses, salads and desserts of the day. The unmissable salmon, chicken and ham toasted "club" or the excellent weekend burger with home-made bacon. The wine list is of the highest quality, and includes fine glasses of champagne. Ice creams can be made up as you wish. Service is non-stop, with smiling, efficient staff. On Thursdays and Fridays, anything goes with the DJ evenings in Place Graslin.
