Just a stone's throw from L'Éléphant, on the Ile de Nantes, you'll find aromatic herbs in the dishes of the Broussaille restaurant. We appreciate their simplicity and flavors: home-made, well-seasoned dishes. Like this supreme of poultry with tarragon, grilled eggplant, red bell pepper coulis with satay and sautéed fregolas, or this dish of grilled zucchini in a sweet-spice crust. A real treat. This bistronomic restaurant is run by Flore, from Nantes, and Hugo, from Rennes, who is the head waiter. Their cuisine? local and organic. The decor is uncluttered and a vegetarian menu is offered every week. And in the evening, it's a pleasure to share the plates!
