EZOPE STREETFOOD
A restaurant offering tasty and generous dishes, prepared by the chef Antoine Lavarec, using local products.
Ezope, in Greek Aesop, is a writer famous for his fables. He inspired the fabulist La Fontaine. The manager of this restaurant, Aude Bouassière, was inspired by his literary values to pass on her culinary values with a specialty, focaccia, a homemade Italian bread presented as a sandwich or a fresh salad. The products are local, the chicken comes from Nort-sur-Erdre and the vegetables from the Ferme Gourmande in Carquefou. Everything is homemade by the chef Antoine Lavarec. The result is beautiful flavors and generosity present in the plates. On the drinks side, we refresh ourselves with bisap or Ginger Beer. Ezope is also present at Carquefood, a place that is always popular during peak hours.
