Le Mathurin is first and foremost a place to live. Come for lunch, an aperitif, dinner or a private party. This bistro is the brainchild of 4 friends: Pierre, Raphaël, Bertrand and Vianney. And Mathurin? He's the Nantes architect of the Graslin theater, to whom they wanted to pay tribute, as they're located very close to the monument. The menu is short but effective. It offers a choice to satisfy every appetite! There's spelt risotto, eryngii and seed tuiles, and duck breast, jus corsé, blood orange lacquer, sweet potato espuma and baby carrots. Dishes are prepared with seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible. Result: it's beautiful and good!
