The escape is the restaurant of Maxime and Christophe's new Block'Out climbing room. A restaurant with a chef with inspiring references, Yann Devaux (Institut Paul Bocuse, former chef of the Alchemist), who offers us a cuisine that is simple and full of flavours. Salads, burgers, butcher's pieces or vegetarian steaks and daily specials are homemade and prepared with fresh produce. Taste the chef's speciality: the toasted and generously garnished buckwheat blinis, marine version for the Adoré or Mediterranean version for the Ensoleillé. Inside, the tables are next to the climbing room and outside, the south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy a meal in the sun and in peace
