Restaurant offering home-made market cuisine using fresh, seasonal produce.
We can't get enough of this lovely Cuit Lu Cru address, which is sure to delight! Anaïs in the kitchen and Benjamin in the dining room. The decor is sober and delicate. The dishes are a perfect blend of pleasure and quality: home-made, fresh produce, high standards, market cuisine and selected suppliers. Whether it's pan-seared organic asparagus from the Loire with mimosa egg, tarama, lemon espuma and bottarga, lamb shoulder stuffed with herbs cooked for 11 hours at low temperature or Brillat Savarin with vanilla oil, it's as pretty as it is delicious. The plates are generous, the cooking impeccable and the flavors well represented. A truly gourmet address!

Arrivé aux alentours de 20h sans réservation, on nous a trouvé une charmante table. Service de qualité, tout comme la cuisine, une parfaite soirée entre ami autour d'un excellent repas ! Merci pour ce moment, nous reviendrons !

Une prise en charge rapide et un accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, on se doute qu'il ne va pas y avoir de congelés,la carte est réduite, mais un menu bien choisi et surtout excellent. Je ne connais pas tous les restaurants de Nantes, mais le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Vraiment une adresse à ne pas oublier. En plus qui de nos jours offre un petit digestif ? Et oui cette petite attention, même pour moi qui ne boit pas est vraiment sympa....
