Welcoming restaurant marked by its social aspect linked to Down's syndrome and its home-made seasonal cuisine
While the Table des Roy has long occupied this space on the rue des Trois croissants, since the end of 2016 it's a new restaurant that's just as interesting and just as innovative. Le Reflet, as it's called, is first and foremost a restaurant where you can dine on seasonal, home-cooked cuisine, in a welcoming setting between cushions, on large light-wood banquettes. But Le Reflet is perhaps above all a human adventure, that of Flore and her rather unusual team of six people with Down's syndrome. This cheerful team can be found in the dining room and kitchen, assisted by François and Virginie. Service has been rethought, and it is with the help of a stamp and a card that customers choose the dishes and drinks they will be served. It's worth noting that the social aspect of the restaurant in no way detracts from the quality of the food served, since the cuisine here is delicious. Enjoy sausage rougail, basmati and raita; a vegetarian gratin of autumn vegetables; sweet potato hummus with tomato coulis; or haddock curry with lentil dal and coconut milk. In the evening, the menu is just as gourmet. We love the warm, friendly atmosphere of this place, which undeniably adds to the soul of this extraordinary restaurant. A must-try!
