Restaurant with rooms and terrace in a quiet area offering a home-made cuisine with multiple influences
The Manoir de Procé restaurant is an incredible place, located in an 18th century building in the heart of the famous Parc de Procé, is a place with an almost unique environment in Nantes, between flower beds and century-old trees, between children's walks and allegorical sculptures... Today, the Manoir de Procé restaurant offers a homemade cuisine with multiple influences. The menu is renewed every day and offered that day as a starter, a gazpacho, piquillos stuffed with brandade or foie gras or colored courgettes and their gravlax salmon with coriander. To follow, a mignon of Iberian pig and its courgette-potato mousseline with chimichurri sauce or a fillet of hake and its rosemary candied parsnip with its pesto. And to finish, a raspberry financier and lemon cream. or a white chocolate fondant and strawberry coulis. A gourmet menu in an exceptional environment: it works! The restaurant has five independent rooms and a beautiful quiet terrace, all of which can be privatized for events (professional or personal). During the day, the restaurant turns into a bar and tea room.

Le cadre est très agréable.
