Friendly brasserie offering good and simple food for a very reasonable budget.
Le Cascabel is the title of a little-known novel by Jules Verne recounting the saga of César Cascabel. In Nantes, it's above all a friendly brasserie with a decor made up of nods to the world of our Nantes novelist. At lunchtime on weekdays, Cascabel offers fine brasserie cuisine on a very reasonable budget. To start: toast with honey-roasted camembert. Next: beef chuck braised bourguignon-style with linguine, or the veggie option: bruschetta, French fries and salads. Desserts also include tarte bourdaloue, almond crème brûlée and fruit salad. Good, simple, affordable and well-made!

D'avis avec Petit Futé par rapport aux bières au Cascabel. Très bien sélectionnées.
