Here, everything is made on the spot. Hallal chicken cuts, marinades, sauces, organic fries and cookies. The name is a nod to the chef's grandmother's Kabyle origins; Samy's cuisine can also be discovered nearby at Les Arrosé, a bistro run by the 4 partners of the 2 establishments.
