Yafel is located in the lively Rue Joffre. This pleasant, bright establishment is dedicated to falafels, because here Nolan and Gildas have decided to combine street-food with quality. Falafel is a tasty organic chickpea dumpling served in salad or pita (round bread) and accompanied by sweet potato fries if you like, as well as sauces (homemade hummus, guacamole, tzatziki, homemade white sauce...). Dishes include the traditional Yafel (falafel, hummus, lamb's lettuce, tomato, red onion, red cabbage...), the Ciao Tutti (falafel, pesto, grilled eggplant, parmesan...) or the Fetarde (falafel, feta, green olive, cucumber...). The creativity of the two accomplices is not lacking. We accompany this meal with a homemade iced tea (raspberry and lychee...) and finish with a gourmet dessert: speculoos tiramisu, fruit salads, or fromage blanc and its granola muesli topped with salted butter caramel. And let's not forget that Yafel's cuisine is ethically based on fresh, local, seasonal produce from short supply chains. All products are vegetarian and single-use plastic is banned! A Petit F uté favorite!
