Dumpling lovers, go to the Suppli Factory which is a fast-good caterer. The concept: all in one in a rice dumpling. Named Suppli and Arancini, these dumplings are inspired by Roman and Sicilian recipes. Inside, warm and invigorating! Several à la carte recipes: the Braised Beef made of home-made braised beef cheek, coated with home-made tomato confit, onion compote, comté cheese and finally breadcrumbs, but also vegetarian (Vegetable Garden), fish (Arancifish) or cheese (Farmer) dumplings? The whole thing looks like a ball or cone that has been cooked in a frying bath to come out golden and crunchy. This dumpling is served to you in a sheet of baking parchment, you just have to taste it on the spot or take it away. It is consistent and the dumplings are very tender! If you feel like it, small starters can whet your appetite like this salad of lamb's lettuce, coppa, raisins, candied tomatoes and apricots. Or if you're more of the sweet type, fruit salad and other chocolate mousse or homemade rice pudding will satisfy you. All the products are raw and fresh: the eggs come from the farm Bio Ty Poules, the bread is made at Honoré . All good things! Le suppli, l'arranchini.. Super, nous avons testé 2 resto sur 3 à Nantes. 1ere fois le service se faisait au comptoir et mon prenais son plateau et la 2eme fois dans un autre resto Suppli factory, service à table (un peu plus long pour celui ci).

Ne manquez pas les frites, elles sont aussi bonnes qu'à la maison, c'est peu dire!
