"A plant-based jar? Try it! It's a treat!" is the motto of Myriam and Sylvie, sisters in town and managers of this pretty organic, vegan and gluten-free restaurant that honors raw foods. The cuisine is creative and surprising, with terrines such as the excellent seaweed tartar, Paulinette (a vegan rillette) and Fogra... TerraVega, a vegan grocery store, has become a restaurant with a healthy and refined cuisine: hot raw spinach soup, celery and seed topping, crumentier hash, or Fogra log on gluten-free bread. Crusine" classes are also offered at the restaurant. And dishes and desserts are available all day, on site or to take away!
