This restaurant is a real alternative for gourmets looking for an upscale, plant-based culinary experience. You'll love the chestnut-tonka ravioli with pickled chanterelle mushrooms, followed by artichoke with raw cream, bergamot, lemon gel and trout roe with mirin or vegetable condiment, and ending with a double cream of muscovado and truffle, halva, macadamia and amlou.
