Popy is a street food restaurant of organic and local hot dogs. Hot dogs the French way. Lucie Berthier Gembara, manager of another restaurant, Le Sepia, located a stone's throw away, in the same Feydeau village, participated in the Top Chef show. Her menu, accessible, offers different hot-dogs, from the "classic" to the "Chicago Style" through the "Vegas" or the "Hô Chi Style". With their 100% French sausages, they are accompanied by succulent sauces and new potatoes. The Coachella, a vegetarian dish, is made with organic flour bread from the Arlot Cheng house, located on the Ile de Nantes. The whole thing is gourmet and revisits the American-style hot dog.
