This brand, which was created in Paris in 2011 at the instigation of Anthony Darré and Louis Frack, two young business school graduates, has set up its first provincial restaurant here in Nantes, near the Machines de l'Île. And it is Aurélien Giraud and Laurent Granié, both with a background in the restaurant business, who are at the head of this franchise, which will be inaugurated at the end of 2019. The concept is simple: to promote organic food through a product that is popular with the greatest number of people: the burger. And to do so, the brand has joined forces with Biocoop, another emblematic organic brand. So choose from 7 burgers made from beef steak or veggie patty such as the original or avocado bacon or Mexican, which you can have on the menu with fries or coleslaw and a homemade drink such as red fruit water, lemonade, orangeade or ginger (a delicious sparkling ginger drink). Gourmets will end on a sweet note with a sundae, milk shake, chocolate pudding, cookie or crumble/compote. Of course the packaging is compostable. Reactivity and efficiency are the order of the day.
