Raphaël Cacheux dreamed of being a musician, and now he's behind the kitchen drums! And we can say that he knows music because before being head chef of BON restaurant, he ran La Sève et la Pulpe, his organic vegan and gluten-free foodtruck with fresh, original and colorful recipes! Since 2018, he has been at the head of this 150-cover restaurant nestled in the biocoop Les Hameaux Bio, east of Nantes. And the regular and visiting customers are delighted! The menu changes every day, so Raphaël knows how to be creative.
