Not far from the South Station, and close to the CHU, a lover of natural sourdough has taken up residence! He's not a baker, but an Italian pizza maker and restaurateur! Jaouad, who has always worked with dough, has opened Rosmarino, a super restaurant that takes us to Italy. The first long room opens onto the super Italian oven for traditional baking, with an open kitchen where you can watch the chef at work. Then a2nd room, carefully decorated, takes us away to the sound of The Godfather. Here you can enjoy traditional Italian pizzas as well as an Italian restaurant menu with pasta, desserts and the chef's smoked salmon.
