Vincenzo and Graziella Caruso are the grandparents of Jérémy, the owner of this charming establishment, who pays tribute to them with this pretty Neapolitan pizzeria. In a bright, pleasant setting in the heart of the Bouffay district, you can enjoy hearty, tasty pizzas. The vast majority of products are sourced locally and selected according to season. The flour comes from Minoterie Giraudineau in Saint-Colomban, the beer from Carquefou, the vegetables from Nantes, the wines from the Loire Valley... Connoisseurs will want to try the margherita to confirm the quality of these pizzas. Gourmets will be tempted by the 'nduja with spicy Calabrian sausage meat, the tartufo e funghi, a sweet blend of roasted mushrooms and truffles, or the vegetarian, whose recipe changes according to the vegetables in season.
