BÔNG
Creative cuisine with Asian influences, in a restaurant in the modern district of the Ile de Nantes.
In the modern district of the Ile de Nantes, push the door of this small cosy and warm establishment. Bông cultivates inspirations from elsewhere. With a dominant Thai and Laotian flavour, but also Hawaiian influences (with the traditional poké bowl) and Japanese (with the rolls: sushi burrito and tofu present on the menu). Thus we discover original dishes combining flavours, tradition and creativity. Here the amateurs of raw fish, meat, vegan... will find their happiness! As a starter, you can enjoy a veggie soup like the delicious miso soup combining tofu, leeks and fresh mushrooms. For the main course, enjoy bowls or rolls such as Kalua (marinated salmon, ponzu sauce, vinegared rice, avocado, edamame, carrots, red cabbage, chives, sesame seeds) or Pakse (Laotian-style chicken, soy sprouts, Granny Smith, carrots, endives, mint, vinegared rice), or the seasonal bowl such as pad thai which is a wok of rice noodles, shrimps, snow peas, coriander, omelette, soy, carrots... You can choose between hot or cold dishes. All offer precise tastes and balanced flavours. And to finish on a sweet note, choose from the desserts of the moment: pineapple and coconut cake or chia seeds and cottage cheese with fruit coulis and speculoos pieces.
