Taste different types of ramen in the centre of Nantes.
After a1st restaurant in the Micronesian islands, Kenji & Louise decided to pursue their passion in Nantes. Louise gives us a warm welcome in the dining room, while in the kitchen (which is open, so we can enjoy it) the dishes simmer, under Kenji's expert eye and talent. The menu is explained to us: pork gyozas or vegetable tempuras as starters, followed by different variations of ramen (with a base of chicken, soy or miso broth). Everything is homemade, with fresh seasonal produce, organic vegetables and Label Rouge chicken (vegan option available). For dessert: hoji azuki, yuzu or gomacha sando verrine. Tasty, succulent traditional Japanese cuisine!
