New Japanese restaurant in a sober and zen setting offers a menu renewed every week in Nantes.
Behind this Asian-sounding name is a new Japanese restaurant that opened in early 2020 in the heart of Feydeau Island. And behind the stoves is the Chef Jean-Philippe Dubois, trained for seven years by a Japanese sushi master. The Chef has at heart to work with good fresh and local products: fish from Sables-d'Olonne, chicken from Challans, pork from Ancenis... To you sushi, maki, gyudon, gyoza, tempura and yakitori 100% fresh! At lunchtime you can choose the bento menu renewed every week with a coleslaw, miso soup, white rice and for example a chicken tempura with an assortment of sushi composed of avocado/salmon/cheese makis and salmon sashimi (with wasabi and ginger as seasoning). Have you been dreaming of trying a katsudon? Here's a bowl of rice with fried pork and miso soup or coleslaw! And a moshi with green tea or black sesame to finish your meal with a subtle and sweet touch. As for drinks, let yourself be tempted by the original yuzu lemonade, directly from Japan, as well as sake and a variety of beers and whiskies. It's as if we really have a passion for Japan here!
