In the pleasant Rue Santeuil, Song boasts class and delicacy. At the crossroads of Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian and French flavors, Song offers Asian cuisine with a difference. At the helm is talented chef Nhung Phung, who has the art of seducing even the most delicate taste buds. At lunchtime, the tuk-tuk menu is very affordable, yet far from neglected. Starters include spice-marinated minced beef in betel leaf with sweet-and-sour sauce. Followed by the fish of the day with green curry eggplant and garlic rice. In the evening, the atmosphere is subdued and flavors are in full swing. At Song, all your senses will be on alert: your nostrils tickled, your pupils dilated and your taste buds in delirium! We love the poetry of the dishes, with THE famous Tiger, a tear in the eye, of Wagyu beef cooked à la plancha Song-style, but also the back of cod cooked on the skin, surrounded by turnip with coconut milk, kale cabbage, simeiji and soy sauce, or for the more indecisive, the Song palette, a mishmash of specialty flavors from elsewhere. A guaranteed delight.
