Restaurant offering typical Japanese recipes with local products

New address in the Bouffay district for ramen lovers and the curious! Tori Ya is the latest from the creators of Izakaya Joyi and Ramen Ya. The menu is simple but effective: you can choose between different types of ramen, kaarage and gyoza. The master ingredient here is chicken! Coming from Ranzay (35), it goes well with the other carefully selected products: organic wheat noodles, dried fish and katsuobushi. Typical Japanese recipes, with local products: we like the concept, and we enjoy it!
