It's a generous dish straight from Quebec: poutine! At this Quebecois French fry shop on Île Feydeau, poutine comes in all shapes and sizes. The recipe is simple and effective: fries with "couic-couic" cheese from Finistère, sauce, and a choice of side dishes (beef, pork cheek, merguez of bison, mushrooms). For dessert, choose from a range of homemade pastries, some gluten-free.
