Bahia is a pretty Brazilian stopover on the Ile de Nantes. This coffee shop, tea room and lunchtime restaurant offers a range of products to eat in or take away: tasty coxinhas, Brazilian-style doughnuts, Portuguese-style cod acras and sweet and savoury tapiocas. These assortments can be shared. Julia, the manager, has family in Bahia, the northern state of Brazil, and a heart for cooking. The drinks also take us on a journey, like 100% natural coconut water, Bahia coffee or Bahiadeiro, with brigadeiros, 100% homemade chocolate truffles. Bahia also offers culinary workshops: chocolate-making, spreads and pastéis de nata, a Portuguese dessert. And brunch!
