If you want to discover Latin American flavors, go to Calma! Charline welcomes us in this colorful place which proposes many empanadas, these famous little turnovers stuffed with a preparation based on meat, fish or vegetables. We can enjoy the Turkey Curry, Chili Con Soy, Honey Goat or Cajun Beef empanadas. The best part? The dough recipe is made from coconut oil and is completely vegan. There is also a bistro formula with starter, main course and dessert. Filet of mullet in gravlax as a starter, vegetarian cannelloni as a main course to finish with a delicious lemon meringue pie destructured. Buen provecho !
