"This famous moral is taken from La Fontaine's fable, Le Milan et le Rossignol. It's also the pretty name of the new crêperie on rue Grétry. Nestled in one of the perpendiculars to rue Crébillon, it boasts a pretty pedestrian terrace, beautiful interior rooms and a sofa-lounge area where you can sink into a Breton delicacy. Owner Julien masters his galettes "à la mode finistérienne". Light and tasty buckwheat flour pancakes. Thin, crisp and jagged. The menu is short, and the crêpier works with fresh produce. From the classics: sausage, ham, egg and cheese. The more original Niagara with smoked trout from the Pyrenees, Jeanette with Iberian chorizo or the crêpe of the moment on the slate. On the sweet side, butter-sugar remains a must, and the spreads are homemade. As for the specials, they'll send your taste buds into a whirlwind of flavors: homemade lemon cream, salted butter chocolate, salted butter caramel apples. Note that this crêperie is also a bar during the day and every afternoon. Finally, on Saturdays, the restaurant is open all day, to the delight of Nantes residents, tourists and downtown shopping kings! The welcome is delightful, and this is not a fable...

Les meilleurs crêpes que j'ai mangé, gros coup de coeur sur la crêpe du moment !
La nourriture y est de qualité sans trop se montrer excessive sur le gras.
Je recommande vivement si vous passez un séjour sur Nantes.
