The creperie Sainte-Croix is the oldest in Nantes! New owners, new decoration on the 3 rooms, but authentic Breton flavors preserved! We come here to share the good buckwheat pancakes (organic flours) with the buckwheat black pudding apple rolls, smoked trout raw cream, chives (friendly for the aperitif!). We enjoy traditional, complete and super complete galettes for the super gourmands, with Stan's smiling and motivated team! The sweet-salty ones (black pudding apples, confits onions) are next to the specialities: galettes of Sainte-Croix (Curé nantais, Saint-Jacques) or vegetarian. Pancakes made of wheat of course, for those who love butter-sugar, Valrhona dark chocolate, the special Sainte-Croix and the flambées. Bravo for the food and wine pairing which sublimates the Breton flavors and the continuous service on Saturday and Sunday, we believe it!
