CREPERIE CHEZ CANNELLE

What wonderful news that this beautiful crêperie is set to open in January 2023, right in the heart of the Cité des Congrès and a stone's throw from Rue Fouré! Chez Cannelle is a new gourmet crêperie, bar and ice cream parlour, run by Christelle and Manon. Manon was born into the world of galettes with her parents, the Champion family, who still run the Au vieux Quimper crêperie in the Bouffay district. Here, buckwheat galettes are king, along with lace-style galettes. On the à la carte menu, try our seasonal galettes. And don't forget the must-try galettes, such as the galette Bergère, with honey, apples or onions, and of course the Nantaise, with the famous Nantais priest's cheese. Also available: the Pays de Retz, and the house specialties: the Quimpéroise or the Gargantua. The recipes are all tasty, the produce fresh and in season, and the presentation of the galettes is mouth-watering. Fans of fine meal salads will also find something to their liking here, with salads featuring bacon, salmon, goat's cheese and buckwheat chips. At lunchtime on weekdays, a quick and efficient menu is available to satisfy even the most hurried and budget-conscious eaters. Here, you can relax and enjoy the restaurant's beautiful, large, light-filled dining room or year-round terrace. On the sweet side, don't forget the crêpes de froment with the inevitable sugar butter, homemade chocolate, salted butter caramel and chocolate and cinnamon pear: one of the signatures... Gourmet crêpes flambéed in rum, calvados or brandy are on the menu! Happiness is here in the city of Dukes and congresses. The place can be privatized for companies, and groups are welcome.
