LE 67, ATELIERS DE CRÉATEURS
Read moreLe 67 is the ingenious idea of Catherine Schaerrer, who has transformed a former woodcarving and gilding workshop into small studios that welcome and promote the work of artists and craftspeople. In keeping with the site's artistic vocation, she offers to welcome craftspeople and unite them around ethical values. At present, some forty artists, designers and craftspeople are grouped around a wide range of artistic disciplines. Inaugurated in 2010, this trans-disciplinary space is home to upholsterers, stone sculptors, gilders, enamellers and metal sculptors, photographers, decorative painters, street artists, painters, graphic artists, cabinetmakers, luthiers, textile designers, costume designers, shoe designers, design creators, illustrators and graphic artists all working together to create beautiful, sustainable and local objects. Le 67 is the place to make an original, local and sustainable purchase. Among the beautiful objects on offer: jewelry, hair accessories, lingerie... These include Kapoune's gender-neutral clothing creations, Muaje's handcrafted furniture, Sohem's bags and accessories, Dunes' porcelain, Cafékam's gold-leaf jewelry, O.Distortio's original earrings, Paulina Okurowska's mosaics, Huneak's 100% made-in-France sneakers... It's also a place where you can take part in workshops and training courses to create your own pouffe, follow a training course in leatherwork or take part in a parent-child ceramics workshop. Open to the general public, the site presents designers, each with their own dedicated site.
