ANTOINE LAHORGUE - SHIATSU & ; MASSAGES
Antoine is a feline-looking, soft-spoken young sportsman who offers three different types of massage: shiatsu, ayurvedic and Thai. Antoine studied hard before taking the plunge: a degree from the University of Poitiers, a diploma from the École du Toucher in Nantes and a diploma from a traditional massage school in Thailand. Every session begins with a more or less in-depth interview, depending on the massage chosen. Tell him about any aches and pains, weaknesses (physical or otherwise) or a need for toning up. Then it's off to 1-2 hours of relaxation. The most important thing, and certainly the most difficult, is to let go. As Antoine will explain, the best way to help him is precisely not to help him... From your feet to the top of your head, your body is massaged and respected in its entirety. Lying on a massage table or futon, anointed with oil or sheltered by a simple blanket, Antoine unties, relaxes and stretches muscles, veins and joints, and dissipates tension!
