Ô35 NANTES
Ô35 is the aquatic fitness center where you can enjoy all the aquatic activities you need to get and stay in shape. From the famous aquagym (sustained or gentle, ideal for a return to activity) with a maximum of 9 people per class, to aquabike (up to 15 people) and aquaboxing, you can also try the cardio circuit, aqua fitness or aqua Pilates... But you'll also find courses to combat aquaphobia and reconcile with the water, swimming lessons for baby swimmers, and courses for young post-natal mothers... Children aged 3 and over are also welcome for year-round swimming lessons and vacation courses. 200 m2 are dedicated to underwater sports - we can't say enough about that! As for the decor, we love the industrial spirit of the place, with its large sofas at the entrance, great for relaxing while waiting for a lesson or recovering after an effort. There are plenty of cabins, half of which even have individual showers. Last but not least, the pool is large and bathed in natural light, which is always very pleasant. Good to know: Ô35 is expanding with Ô35 Le Jardin near the Nouvelles Cliniques nantaises in Rezé, with its 33° pool for baby swimmers and children. And Ô35 Attitude in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre offers fitness activities in its 12 x 6 metre pool. A must-try!
