A real institution, this 2,200 m² fitness centre, just a stone's throw from the Cité des Congrès, offers a wide range of group classes in the pool and indoors, as well as tailor-made classes thanks to its large weight room equipped with around fifty machines and its sports coaches who are always on hand. All week long and with no time limit, you can practice aquagym, bodybike, bodyslim, crosstraining and aquadynamic in the 100 m² aquatic area (30 classes per week)! The 200 m² fitness area (30 classes per week) allows you to let off steam by doing body balance, body combat, body attack, cx, body pump, abs and stretching! A Zen studio of 100 m² allows you to learn gentle activities to regain balance and flexibility such as yoga or Pilates. A bike studio allows you to work up a sweat using the RPM (indoor bike). Also available: a cardio area (mats and rowing machines) and a cardio-training area (elliptical machines). After the effort, the comfort: the center is also equipped with a sauna, a hammam and bubble baths. The staff is qualified, dynamic and attentive. Two squash rooms are available for an additional fee. A must to regain all your energy in a friendly spirit and for all ages! Note: relaxation areas in the men's and women's changing rooms. Children are not forgotten on Wednesday afternoons with dedicated classes (8-12 years and 13-16 years).
