After two years of work, the 13th-century Villeneuve Abbey has reopened its 4-star hotel and gourmet restaurant L'Épicurien. The establishment has just been awarded its first star by the Michelin Guide in March 2023. Aymeric Depogny, starred chef, worked on the Brasserie menu with his other chef, Nicolas Lewandowski and his team. Under the Grand Palais style glass roof, in green velvet armchairs, you can enjoy the view of the hotel's pool or the park. The menu is a mix of fish and meat dishes.
