A museum with a vineyard conservatory showcasing varieties of historic and current Nantes vineyards.

A window on the history, landscapes, culture, creativity and know-how of the Nantes vineyard region... 500 objects tell us about the wines and the region: from the label to the press, from the laboratory to pruning, 1,000^m2 of exhibition space in the heart of the vineyards, in a luminous setting. Images, sounds and games punctuate the visit. Located at the heart of the "Voyage dans le Vignoble", the vineyard conservatory showcases varieties of historic and current Nantes vineyards.

Opening time and information on THE NANTES VINEYARD MUSEUM

From the beginning of April to mid-June from 2pm to 6pm every day except Saturday. From June 15 to September 15 from 10 to 6 pm, from September 16 to November 10 from 2 to 6 pm. Guided tours on Sundays and Wednesdays at 3:30 pm, depending on the season. Inquire. Free for children up to 11 years old. 5 € adult, 2,50 € reduced. 12 € family. Pass Nantes Visits tasted: 12 €/adult. Guided tour (adult in group): 4,50 €. Family harvest (in September): 5 €. Guided tours on Sundays at 3:30 pm. For groups: all year round by reservation. Access for people with reduced mobility. Plan 1h30 of visit: ticket office closing at 17h30. Stage of the journey the Journey in the Vineyard.

Originality

A une vingtaine de minute de voiture de Nantes, riche musée, récent, présentant une large vue du vignoble Nantais et ses spécificités (terroirs, cépages, viticulture, vinification).
Très instructif, didactique et se terminant par une dégustation (d'un très bon Muscadet sur lies, ayant obtenu la Pipette d'Or 2016, pour ma part).
