Relais where the chef offers a choice of freshly caught meat and fish, grilled ham, a buffet of starters
Nicolas, in the kitchen, is in charge of preparing the meals of this relay, which is popular with a clientele of regulars for a good part of the time, and passing through for another. Every day, the chef offers a choice of meats (duck breast and its vegetable flank on the day of our visit) and freshly caught fish (skate wings), but also grilled meat and ham, due to the proximity of the neighbouring Vendée. A buffet of starters precedes the dish, and everyone will choose their dessert from the selection of the day, between Basque cake, éclair, floating island, fruit salad or chocolate mousse.
