Lunch or dinner in the Archipelago is a bit like going on a trip. Virginia and Fabrice have brought new discoveries and culinary flavors to the fore, including in South East Asia. At the foot of the church dominating the commune, they unpretentiously rejuvenated an old pancake with stone walls and planted a few guides and mappemaps which are memories as well as invitations to travel. Fresh and local produce serves as the basis for surprising and original dishes, such as this pastry velocity at the gorgonzola, grilled and perfect egg that can be found on the slate. Alongside, for example, a sea trout confite to lemon lemon, spice caramel and umami broth, a cans of cans, carcass carcass juice or, on desserts, this lemon cake, cube bergamot, salted butter caramel or this amanine to the figs goat's and honey's moss. A real trip is being told! In the beautiful days, a hidden terrace filled with glycins adds its magic to the place. Kindness of service, quality of presentation, harmonious taste: we're seduced.

Menu unique pour la St Valentin à 60,00€, partis sans prendre le café au bout de 3h30. Ce serait trop long de tout vous détailler, pour finir le TPE ne fonctionnait pas. Une très mauvaise découverte qui dénote complètement avec les anciens propriétaires
De plus service au top équipe souriante ! Rien à dire !!

Solo se puede entrar por una zona,la puerta
L'Archipel est notre resto préféré mais ça fait 2 fois que nous sommes déçus.
La dernière fois, après que notre réservation ait été confirmée par internet, le resto est fermé sans aucun mot sur la porte.
Le resto réouvre après plusieurs mois de fermeture. Je confirme par téléphone notre réservation sur internet qui n'a jamais abouti. Premier couac. Nous ne mangeons pas ensemble notre plat car erreur sur celui de Monsieur. Malgré notre arrivée vers midi, nous partons peu avant 14h sans dessert car il a été servi à une autre table arrivée bien après nous. La serveuse est totalement perdue. Un geste commercial est fait mais nous restons malgré tout sur une note décevante car je suis sûre que nous nous serions régalés avec notre pavlova.
