Restaurant combining traditional recipes and creative touches in Clisson.
The idea of Flavours is to marry traditional recipes and creative keys. The restaurant bases some of its daring taste on a wonder ingredient: algae. The chef uses mainly dulse and nori, high algae in a farm in Breton. Nori: sweet flavour, a light taste between in and spinach. Interesting calcium content, minerals, iron, magnesium, vitamins and proteins. Dulse: iodine, has the taste of spray. With reconstituantes and energizing properties, minerals and essential fatty acids.
They are scattered across the map. Vanilla algae are served with noix nuts. The fish bowl is also accompanied by algae, just like the fish of the cream tide, cooked with sortes algae. The name of these plot creations and the command resembles a dive in the unknown. In the heart of the pedestrian centre of Clisson, do not hesitate to cross the door and offer a little change to your palate.
