If you have any adventure, take your steps to Châteaubriant, get out of the beaten trails and you will have surprises. In an alignment of old houses you will find the Castillo, along the routes of the train tram connecting the city to Nantes. Sit in one of the modern rooms, you will not regret it. The new owners Sandra and Arnaud welcome you all week in their restaurant. Please note that the hotel is a shopping and road restaurant at noon. If you are not tempted by the formula, look at menus, the map reveals surprises and the kitchen is efficient, modern and without complex. The fatty liver bowl of homemade duck, the langoustines of Norway lobster and its velvety simmered of burbot burbot, blanquette or beef fillet brioche, and its young vegetables will convince you that, decidedly, you have made the right choice.

Bref à éviter si vous souhaitez sortir des chemins battus, justement, mais à privilégier si vous voulez manger vite et copieusement.
En ce qui concerne nos menus/plats "améliorés" , nous les proposons qu'en week-end et sur réservation pour des "grandes tables" (fête de famille, repas d'entreprise, ...).
