A canteen, with its buffet and its formulas based on fresh products, open only during the week for lunch. The traditional cuisine is like the place: simple, friendly, family-style but with just the right amount of refinement. Because the chef, Thierry Bouas, is a true epicurean. A fish terrine, a duck breast, a crozet gratin, a cheese puff pastry, a veal curry with chickpeas... It is a simple and effective cuisine to calm the ardour of the stomach. You don't have to have read the complete works of Proust to discover this canteen.

Cadre agréable et nourriture simple mais de qualité. Un peu bruyant...la rançon du succès, sans doute.

une entrecôte maturée excellente , un café gourmand exceptionnel, un service de qualité .les frites mériteraient d être plus cuites mais bravo à cette équipe !
