The menu offers a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 4 desserts. It evolves with the seasons, depending on the market, the availability of products and the chef's inspiration. Each week a dish is replaced. Elise is in the dining room, very smiling, she explains the preparations of her husband. We love the original apple and celery baba. The art of culinary associations in all its splendor!
