For more than 25 years, Marc, Pascal and Laurent have been welcoming you to Sampa. In the heart of the city, in a vaulted room, very cosy, they propose a traditional cuisine revisited to make your taste buds travel. Fresh products from the region can be enhanced by original sweet and sour sauces: honey-gloss, figs... Specialties: gourmet salads, grilled meats, plancha... The plates are copious and well prepared, and the accompaniments are in tune with the seasons. From May to September, the Sampa moves to the shade of the plane trees of the Dupuy alleys,

Terrace open in high season. Low season: open from Monday to Saturday for lunch; from Thursday to Saturday for dinner. High season: Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Menu: about 20 €. Tapas, meat, fish. Restaurant voucher. Groups welcome. Terrace. Possibility of privatization of the place.

Amazing kitchen made with local products , cosy atmosphere and kind staff! The best place to eat in Montauban! Visited several times in all seasons! Thank you Le Sampa!

Perfect place to taste the best specialities of southwestern France! The staff is kind and friendly! The service is quick and qualified! During summer time the service is hold on the cosy terrace . Highly recommended!!!

Toujours un plaisir d'aller manger dans un des meilleurs resto de Montauban. Service au top, proprios super sympas. La cuisine est simple et bonne, avec des produits locaux de très bonne qualité, le tout pour un tarif super raisonnable. Bref à faire si vous êtes à Montauban ????
