La Cuisine des Pibouls is the natural extension of the Ferme des Pibouls (a farm specialising in pork and poultry, which has also been a sales outlet for a group of producers for the past fifteen years) with which it shares premises. It's a restaurant, not a farm inn, with a menu and menu on the slate, a brick and wood room, bright and warm, overlooking the surrounding meadows. The cuisine is simple, "as at home", but with a choice of products (mostly from the Ferme des Pibouls) from organic farming.

Siempre store me to Montauban at lunch time. The products of the local producers are cooked with heart, authenticity and creativity. The dishes change daily and ALL are prepared, the entrance to the dessert. A large praise, an enormous favourite.
