Bistro with a menu combining local flavors and specialties including duck.

In this former 17th century abbey, an atypical atmosphere where time seems to have stopped but the quietness of the place still remains. The building, surrounded by arcades, is sculpted in a sober classicism proper to the spiritual ideals of the Capuchins. The modern and cosy decoration of today contribute to enjoy the cuisine concocted with talent by the chef. On the Bistro side, the menu mixes local flavors and specialties. On the menu: salmon, cassoulet, ribeye steak, burger, blanquette and a whole host of dishes that will awaken your taste buds.

Au delà d’un hôtel standard, nous avons passé un très bon moment au sein de votre établissement, le restaurant et le spa de l’abbaye étaient super aussi.

Je ne met pas souvent de commentaires mais celui ci a son importance.
Nous ne vous oublierons pas car après plusieurs années, nous repartons avec le cadeau d’une vie … comme si un miracle s’était exaucé.. comment vous dire que son deuxième prénom est tout trouvé !

Hôtel situé sur les quais du Tarn, proche du centre ville dans une belle abbaye du 17ème. Le cloître fait le tour du jardin ainsi on peut accéder à tous les services sans sortir, pratique suivant le temps. Grand parking. Le personnel est avenant. La chambre est assez grande, confortable et calme.
La brasserie permet de manger sur place de très bons petits plats. Le petit-déjeuner très gourmand est composé de produits divers faits maison. Très bonne étape pour une halte dans une petite ville bien sympathique.

Du haut niveau, tant esthétique (deco superbe), cadre (exceptionnel et inattendu) ou prestations (personnel aux petits soins). Y suis allé je crois une dizaine de fois, je suis toujours enchanté. Et prix raisonnables vs la prestation.
